How do I arrange a return?
We are confident you will love your MERABI. However, if it isn't quite right, we have a simple returns process for you to follow!. To arrange a return, please visit the Returns Portal. Click the link to our Returns Manager page and select the website
Can I request an exchange?
While Nadine MERABI does not offer exchanges at this time, our returns policy allows up to 21 days to return for a refund. A new order may be placed at any time for the item you wish to have instead.
Do I need to pay for my return?
Yes, please use our Returns Portal to get a reduced rate. Please note when using our Returns Portal you may need a printer for some options. Return and customs fees must be covered by the sender (25.00 Euros).

Please Note: We aim to process returns within 10 working days from the date the return is received at the warehouse, however this currently may take longer due to heavy courier networks and delays returning your order to our warehouse. Please be assu
How do I track my return to you?
You can track the status of your return using the return tracking number via the selected courier website. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
What should I do if the return portal is not working?
If you encounter issues with the return portal, resulting in an inability to download or access your return label or QR code, please contact our support team immediately. We will provide you with the necessary return label or QR code via email to ens
